Bio

TMG Realty was founded in 2003 by current broker associate Nicholas Maynes. Nick has an extensive background in the home building industry that started at a very young age. During the summer months throughout high school at Chaminade College Prep and while attending Saint Louis University, he worked with Maynes Construction Company learning the various stages of the home building process. After graduating Saint Louis University with a marketing degree, Nick continued his path in the home building industry by establishing The Maynes Group, LLC in 2002. He obtained his real estate salesperson and broker license in 2003 and founded TMG Realty, LLC. Nick has been involved in various types of real estate transactions along with various types of construction projects. He has been involved in everything from new home construction, to extensive remodels, to large parcel purchases. Nick is eager to lend a helping hand and always looking to grow his knowledge of the real estate industry.

Successfully purchase the exact home we wanted!

Nick was fantastic in helping myself and my fiancé find and successfully purchase the exact home we wanted. We had little knowledge about the process and Nick was able to explain things at our level and helped us through the home buying process each step of the way. Nick was great as we did walkthroughs of each home we were interested in, pointing out little nuances of things that could either be a costly repair or something that could save us plenty of money down the line. Things that neither of us even knew to be looking for. Nick was always very timely in responding and was extremely flexible with his hours. Got it sold fast and at a price we were more than happy with

Nick was referred to us by a family member and we couldn't be happier. He sold a villa for us very quickly at a price that we were very happy with receiving! We watched other villas in our subdivision sit on the market for months on end. Nick explained we could price ours like the other units but we would not be priced properly. Other agents told us we should be at the same price as all the others, if not more and the reason the others had not sold was due to poor marketing. We couldn't believe that all the current villas for sale were not selling due to bad advertising, especially when the other villas were all listed by different agents.  After reviewing the comps with Nick, we selected a price that we were comfortable with and sure enough it sold very quickly.  We are so thankful he helped us through the entire process and more importantly being honest about the true value of our villa.  We will absolutely use and refer his services again.

Very helpful, knowledgeable throughout the entire process; helped us on both the buy and sell side as was very knowedgable on both transactions.
