Nick was fantastic in helping myself and my fiancé find and successfully purchase the exact home we wanted. We had little knowledge about the process and Nick was able to explain things at our level and helped us through the home buying process each step of the way. Nick was great as we did walkthroughs of each home we were interested in, pointing out little nuances of things that could either be a costly repair or something that could save us plenty of money down the line. Things that neither of us even knew to be looking for. Nick was always very timely in responding and was extremely flexible with his hours. That last part was essential for the two of us as we are both nurses and work overnight, Nick still made it very easy to see all the homes we wanted on a schedule that worked for us! I could not recommend Nick more highly. He was very professional, patient, polite, and extremely helpful!

My company's experience with Nick Maynes was excellent in all respects. Nick was responsive, experienced, and professional throughout the sale process, which went very smoothly. In addition, Nick went above and beyond expectations by handling a number of routine tasks that would ordinarily have been done by the seller but that were logistically difficult for the seller to do due to an out-of-town location. Great personal service and care. Nick worked with my daughter as I was located in another city. She must have dragged him to dozens of homes. He advised us through the whole process as if he was family.

Nick was referred to us by a family member and we couldn't be happier. He sold a villa for us very quickly at a price that we were very happy with receiving! We watched other villas in our subdivision sit on the market for months on end. Nick explained we could price ours like the other units but we would not be priced properly. Other agents told us we should be at the same price as all the others, if not more and the reason the others had not sold was due to poor marketing. We couldn't believe that all the current villas for sale were not selling due to bad advertising, especially when the other villas were all listed by different agents.  After reviewing the comps with Nick, we selected a price that we were comfortable with and sure enough it sold very quickly.  We are so thankful he helped us through the entire process and more importantly being honest about the true value of our villa.  We will absolutely use and refer his services again.

Very helpful, knowledgeable throughout the entire process; helped us on both the buy and sell side as was very knowedgable on both transactions. We tried selling our home several times and Nick was the only one who could get the job done. He did an outstanding job, often going beyond the call of duty. We really appreciated it. We are out of state and he took care of our home as if it was his own. Never did we wonder what was going on, he kept us well informed. He can use us as a reference anytime in the future.

We were moving from Columbia MO (90 miles west of St. Louis) in which our time was limited to visit homes. Nick didn't waste our time showing homes that didn't fit the bill. I worked with Nick to buy my first house. After a horrible experience of working with an agent from another company, I was sent to Nick by a friend. Not only does Nick know everything there is to know about construction, but he is also a native St. Louisian and has a vast network of family and friends that proved to be very helpful in my home purchase. I was a very demanding purchaser and had to be a pain to work with, and Nick couldn't have been any nicer. In fact, he bent over backwards and had late night/early morning FaceTime conversations with me because I was abroad for the entire month leading up to closing. He was also extremely helpful after the sale. He has gone out of his way to follow up with me to see if everything is great with the house. In fact, he even helped me pick up some stuff from the hardware store in his truck. Find me another agent that would do that! Also, fun FYI about Nick, his flowing locks are actually a fancy wig. On a very related note, he has a great sense of humor and no fancy wig!  Thanks again - MS
