Bio

TMG Realty was founded in 2003 by current broker associate Nicholas Maynes. Nick has an extensive background in the home building industry that started at a very young age. During the summer months throughout high school at Chaminade College Prep and while attending Saint Louis University, he worked with Maynes Construction Company learning the various stages of the home building process. After graduating Saint Louis University with a marketing degree, Nick continued his path in the home building industry by establishing The Maynes Group, LLC in 2002. He obtained his real estate salesperson and broker license in 2003 and founded TMG Realty, LLC. Nick has been involved in various types of real estate transactions along with various types of construction projects. He has been involved in everything from new home construction, to extensive remodels, to large parcel purchases. Nick is eager to lend a helping hand and always looking to grow his knowledge of the real estate industry.

Nick was referred to us by a family member and we couldn't be happier. He sold a villa for us very quickly at a price that we were very happy with receiving! We watched other villas in our subdivision sit on the market for months on end. Nick explained we could price ours like the other units but we would not be priced properly. Very helpful, knowledgeable throughout the entire process; helped us on both the buy and sell side as was very knowedgable on both transactions.
