A Johnson & Johnson heir is selling their 600-acre farm in Millbrook, New York. Offered at $28.5 million, the farm, named “Lightning Tree Farm,” includes a large nine bedroom, eight bath home with pool, movie theater and a laundry list of additional features and amenities. They also managed to find a location for a private helipad with-in the 600 acres, which can be very difficult to do for those of you that have not had the opportunity to layout a helipad location with-in a 600-acre space. If you think about, $47,000 an acre does not seem all that bad!
If horses and farms aren’t your thing, the Johnson heir is also looking to unload a 12,111-square-foot townhouse as well. Located in New York City and named “The Vanderbilt Mansion,” the townhome is available for rent at $95,000 a month or can be purchased for $55 million. Don’t believe there is room for a private helipad, which will likely be a deal breaker for most!
Hopefully you can pick up on my sarcasm. The “Lightning Tree Farm” looks absolutely breathtaking in the pictures and is likely worth every penny of the asking price. Surely the estate will bring the future owners a wealth of amazing memories year after year!
